Flush your body

Increase your water intake. Start each morning by drinking a cup of hot water.

Detox your diet

Go easy on the junk food and sugar and balance your food choices. Your body and your skin need nutrients, vitamins and minerals from a variety of different foods to function properly. Try to eat fruit & vegetables every day. Drink green tea every day.

Get fit

Get off the couch and do some exercise or yoga. It's easy to fit physical activities into your daily routine. Walk up stairs at the office or take your bike instead of the car. Get some fresh air. it will be good for your mind and body.

Breathe for relaxation

Make sure you're in a comfortable position. Inhale slowly through your nose to the count of four. Exhale slowly through your mouth to the count of eight. Repeat for a few minutes and you will feel your body relax.

Change your outlook on life. Take a different way to work. Read a great book. Make that call to a friend you've been meaning to.

Sponsor a child. Make a donation to a good cause. Give an older person your seat on the bus. Smile.

E njoy yourself

Make time for recreation. Define hobbies that give you pleasure. Indulge yourself regularly. Keep a journal of jokes. Hang out with happy people.
